September’s Salon will take place on Wednesday, Sept. 29 from 6:30 – 8:00 pm. Our topic is “Simple Steps to Sustainability.”· Don Maez, PNM’s Manager of Energy Efficiency Program Delivery, will facilitate the discussion around simple energy efficiency strategies we can all use, as well as PNM energy efficiency rebates for homes and businesses.· We will also introduce an amazing DVD created by the Green Building Research Institute called “The ELEMENTS of a Green Home.” It is truly “the layman’s tool for making your home eco-friendly, healthy, water & energy efficient.”
Don’t miss this valuable and informative discussion! Looking ahead, please note that October’s Salon will take place on the last Tuesday of the month, rather than Wednesday, and there will be no Salons in November or December.
